Zaps Scale with Innovative Electrolysis
The CQM SRS uses an innovative electrolysis process to provide effective chemical-free water treatment. A large cathode area creates a high pH environment that encourages scale formation inside the reaction tank. The hydrocyclonic action ensures that all the water will be treated.
Additionally, the electrolysis process often removes existing scale build-up on tower fill media and heat transfer surfaces. The electrolysis disturbs the chemical balance of the water, which makes it attack existing scale as a means to restore equilibrium. An additional benefit is the creation of chlorine in small quantities, which eliminates algae and bacteria that may otherwise develop in the water.
